Keto Garlic Butter Chicken



Ingredients:

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:



1. Prep the Chicken:

Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. Cook the Chicken:

 Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and add the remaining butter. Stir in minced garlic and thyme (or rosemary). Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Add Cream and Parmesan:

Slowly pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.

5. Combine & Serve: 

Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to let the flavors meld. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- Serve this dish with a side of steamed broccoli, cauliflower rice, or a simple salad for a full keto-friendly meal.
