 Keto Chicken Salad:



Ingredients:


1 cup shredded cooked chicken


1/4 cup mayonnaise


1 tablespoon Dijon mustard


1 tablespoon lemon juice


1 celery stalk, chopped


Salt and pepper to taste


Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped parsley



Instructions:


1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice.



2. Stir in the chopped celery and parsley (if using).



3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.



4. Serve on a bed of lettuce or enjoy on its own.
