Garlic Butter Chicken with Zucchini Noodles:



Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 medium zucchinis (spiralized into noodles)
3 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

2. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Cook the Zucchini Noodles: Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are just tender but still firm (al dente).

5. Finish the Dish: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the zucchini noodles. Toss to coat everything in the garlic butter sauce.

6. Serve: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
